Kölner Gelierzucker 1:1

For jams, marmalades, and jellies made according to the traditional method with 1 kg of fruit to 1 kg of gelling sugar. Kölner Gelierzucker 1:1 contains sugar, natural apple pectin and pure citric acid. It comes without artificial preservatives and acts as a natural preservative thanks to its sugar content alone.

Use

Kölner Gelierzucker 1:1 is ideal for making preserves like jams and jellies.

Kölner Gelierzucker 2:1

With this product you need only 500 g of gelling sugar for 1 kg of fruit. Use it to make fruit spreads that are fresh and fruity but not so sweet. Kölner Gelling sugar 2:1 contains refined sugar, apple pectin, citric acid and preservatives.

For not so sweet fruit spreads.

Kölner Gelierzucker 3:1

Fruit spreads with Kölner Gelling sugar 3:1 are very fruity indeed. For 1500 g of fruit you only need 500 g of gelling sugar. Ideal for ripe, sweet fruits.

Diamant Gelierzauber

With Diamant Gelierzauber you can now make your own fruit spread without cooking in a jiffy. Simply mix 200 g of fruit with the same amount of Gelierzauber, puree it and it's ready.

Diamant Tropic Gelierzucker

Diamant Tropic Gelierzucker is made of unrefined cane sugar from the tropical island of Réunion. It gives jams a brilliant colour and a unique taste. Its subtle cane sugar flavour enhances the full natural taste of all fruits. The preparation is very simple: only puree 500 g of fruit, add 500 g Tropic Gelierzucker and cook for 4 minutes. Finished! Diamant Tropic Gelierzucker does not contain artificial preservatives.

Use

For especially fruit, aromatic jams. Enhances the taste of all summer and exotic winter fruit. Not suitable for jellies made from fruit juice.

Diamant Einmachzucker

A sugar of the highest purity. Its large crystals dissolve more slowly without scum formation when making sugar solutions for preserving. Contains no gelling agent.
